         Main Definitions

  1. card |n| one of a set of small pieces of stiff paper marked in various ways and used for playing games or for telling fortunes.
  2. card-playing 1 |n| a card marked with its rank and suit and belonging to any of several decks used in playing various games.
  3. card-playing 2 |n| one of a pack of 52 rectangular stiff cards, used for playing a variety of games, each card having one or more symbols of the same kind (diamonds, hearts, clubs, or spades) on the face, but an identical design on the reverse.
  4. deck/pack  of cards |n| one of a set of small pieces of stiff paper marked in various ways and used for playing.
